7th Children's Book Review: Little Nellie of Holy God (by Sister Mary John Vianney?)

Blessed feast of St Joseph to all! Our church celebrated with our third annual St Joseph's Table yesterday, which is always fun for everyone! The feast of St Joseph is March 19th, but Laetare Sunday took precedence yesterday, so the feast is transferred to today. We are going to set up a little St Joseph altar in our home today and do some fun things as a family. As it is a prominent feast day, I thought it appropriate to review another spiritual children's book this time.
Little Nellie of Holy God is a beautiful little story for children. It details the life of Nellie Organ, who was very close to God and died at the young age of 5. The book is a good story time length, and includes lots of pictures, which hold the kids' attention! As Nellie was very devoted to the Blessed Sacrament, this book makes a great first communion gift!
The book is only $5 at TAN Books this month! TAN also sells another book about Nellie for older people who would like to read more. That book is under $8 right now. Check out both through my affiliate link:

Again, all sales through my affiliate link will help pay for the retreat I am attending this summer! Thank you, and God bless us, everyone!
