New Series! Flight of Faith: My Miracle on the Hudson by Frederick Berretta

 

    I'm so excited to start this new series of 5 reviews- books I've read recently (in the past couple of months). My first review is Flight of Faith: My Miracle on the Hudson by Frederick Berretta. My family has long been fans of the amazing movie 'Sully' with Tom Hanks, and I was thrilled to find this book, sold by TAN Books. I did something I usually don't do and bought it before I had read it. But it was so worth it! Frederick Berretta is a Catholic pilot who was on Sully's plane the day it went down. So the book is his faith-filled but very real firsthand account of what happened 'behind the scenes' that day. I was struck by some of the symbolism he pointed out, and overall loved reading more on the story!
